We want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about shipping with SALOFY.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- P.O. Boxes
- All US Military bases (APO/FPO)
- American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days once shipped.
- Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods (holidays, sales events) or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
- Expedited/overnight shipping is currently not available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods (typically October–January), a small holiday surcharge may apply per shipment to help cover increased carrier rates. We will always aim to keep this as low as possible and will communicate any changes in advance. Order cut-off dates for guaranteed holiday delivery will be posted on our site closer to the season.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item availability and warehouse location. If your order ships separately, you'll receive tracking information for each package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at salofy00001@salofy.in with your order number so we can assist you.
Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!
